McDonald's Corporation — one of the biggest fast-food restaurants and the biggest real estate owner in the world. Founded in 1940 as a traditional fast-food chain, but in 1948 there was a new concept concentrated on speed of service. McDonald’s System, Inc trademark was registered in 1955, in 1960 it was renamed to McDonald's Corporation. It is in close cooperation with such corporations as Coca Cola, Hummer and Walt Disney. Also it is the biggest owner of kid playgrounds. The most of its income is subtracted from lease and real estate acquisition. The free float of shares  of the company is about 100%.
